Shipping and Order Processing  

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please allow 48 hrs (business days) to receive tracking info after your confirmation email.

If you need to make any changes to your order, such as modifying the product selection, updating the shipping address, or adding/removing items, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us through our designated communication channels, which may include email, phone, or online chat. Provide your order number and clearly explain the changes you wish to make.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes made after the 24-hour window may not be possible due to order processing and fulfillment.

All Sales Final:

Due to our current policy update, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases. We kindly request that you carefully consider your selections before completing your purchase as all sales are final.

Reporting Damaged Items: In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
